You can sign up for only a public account. This public account can be used to post messages on the forum and to post reactions. If you are a national of a developing country you can apply for an additional Voice Over 2015 membership by filling out the application form.

	Submit your email address.
	Go to the log in page and use the password sent to you by email to log in.
