01-02-2012 11:48 Working For PEACE? People talk and discuss about peace quite oftenly but majority do not work towards the achievement of peace. People only remember about peace when there is trouble but forget that it is PEACE that enables them to go about their daily businesses smoothly. Land and authenticity are the common causes of clashes, violence and displacements in Kenya. Bad politics also triggers violence. For sustainable peace, people need to nurture and build peace from the onset. Peace building initiatives should start from the schools, communities, etc and should be an ongoing process and part of people's lives. Works directly with rural communities for empowerment, livelihood improvement, Peace, Promoting culture and Cultural tourism
