Mixed schools and Single Sex Schools - Are they all the same?

When boys and girls reach their puberty, the attraction and interest to the opposite sex increases. In mixed schools, boys and girls sit in the same classroom, on the same table, play and mingle all day. Some people including some students believe that it affects concentration in class and impacts negatively on the overall performance of both sexes at long run. In single sex schools, the pressure is drastically reduced giving students a chance to concentrate and excel in their studies.
This was a heated debate on the BBC Africa Have Your Say recently. You can also have your say.
Kaj Munk college and other Netherlands schools can share some of their experiences. Go on and have your say!
