Conditions for participation
- You are a national of a developing country as defined in the DAC list of the OECD.
- You are prepared to participate on the website and at least one of the projects of NCDO.

A (temporary) limit has been placed on new VoiceOver members from the Philippines. This means that if you
come from the Philippines you are not able to sign up for VoiceOver 2015. The reason for that is that we
want to have a fair division of members coming from all DAC countries. At present this division is not in
proportion. If you have questions about this, please contact Dorien Jansen: d.jansen@ncdo.nl.
